  • The rental agreement is a binding contract governed by UAE law.

2. Eligibility and License Requirements

2.1 For UAE Residents

To rent a vehicle from SpeedEngine.ae, UAE residents must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (25+ for luxury cars).
  • Hold a valid UAE driving license issued at least one year prior to the rental date.
  • Present a valid Emirates ID or UAE passport.

2.2 For Tourists and Visitors

Tourists must:

  • Hold a valid international driving permit (IDP) and a driving license from their home country.

4. Booking and Rental Period

4.2 Rental Period and Timing

  • Rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
  • Any additional hour after the agreed return time will incur extra charges.
  • A grace period of up to 1 hour may apply depending on the rental tier and vehicle class.

4.3 Extension of Rental Period

If you wish to extend your rental, you must contact SpeedEngine.ae before the current period expires. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Vehicle Usage Policy

5.1 Authorized Drivers

Only the renter and any additional drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Any unauthorized driver voids the insurance coverage.

5.2 Permitted Areas of Use

  • Vehicles rented via SpeedEngine.ae may be driven within the borders of the UAE only.
  • Cross-border travel is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained.

The vehicle must not be used for:

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Basic Insurance Coverage

All vehicles at SpeedEngine.ae come with basic insurance that includes:

  • Third-party liability coverage.
  • Collision damage waiver (CDW), subject to excess.

6.2 Additional Insurance Options

Customers can opt for extra protection plans, such as:

  • Full damage waiver (zero excess).
  • Personal accident insurance.
  • Tire, glass, and undercarriage coverage.

6.3 Accident and Damage Policy

In case of an accident:

7. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel.
  • Please return the vehicle with a full tank.
  • A refueling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

8. Mileage Limitations

  • Rentals may come with a daily or monthly mileage limit (e.g., 250 km/day or 4,000 km/month).
  • Exceeding the mileage limit will result in additional per-kilometer charges as specified in your contract.

9. Traffic Violations and Toll Charges

Renters are responsible for any:

  • Traffic fines (speeding, parking violations, etc.).
  • Salik (Dubai toll) charges.

These amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your registered credit card.

10. Vehicle Condition and Return

10.1 Initial Vehicle Inspection

All vehicles are thoroughly inspected before delivery or pickup. Photos and inspection reports may be shared with the client.

10.2 Return Inspection

Upon return, the vehicle is re-inspected. Any new damage or excessive dirt may result in cleaning or repair fees.

10.3 Late Return

A grace period of 1 hour is offered. Delays beyond that are charged at:

  • AED 50–150/hour for economy cars.
  • AED 200–500/hour for luxury vehicles.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

11.1 Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start date may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the rental cost.

11.2 Cancellation by SpeedEngine

SpeedEngine.ae reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity or document forgery.
  • Vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen events.
  • Unpaid dues from previous rentals.

A full refund will be issued if SpeedEngine initiates the cancellation.

15. Force Majeure

SpeedEngine is not liable for delays or service interruptions due to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Public health emergencies.
  • Unforeseeable technical failures.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your rental with SpeedEngine will be:

  • Initially resolved through customer service or email.
  • If unresolved, referred to UAE Consumer Protection or Small Claims Court.
  • Governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

في حال عدم وجود اتفاق مسبق بخصوص الإيجار الشهري والدفع المقدم له، يتم احتساب الإيجار بالسعر اليومي، ولا يحق للمستأجر المطالبة بأي تعديل أو استرجاع

يلتزم المستأجر بدفع جميع المصاريف الإدارية والتشغيلية، بما في ذلك المخالفات المرورية، ورسوم عبور الطرق ، والأضرار الناتجة عن الاستخدام، بالإضافة إلى العناية بالمركبة من حيث الصيانة الدورية، وتغيير زيت المحرك، وتعبئة المياه، والتأكد من صلاحية الإنارة ونظافة المركبة

يتعهد المستأجر بصحة كافة الوثائق والمعلومات المقدمة. في حال ثبوت خلاف ذلك، يعتبر العقد لاغياً، ويحق للشركة استعادة المركبة إما ودياً أو عن طريق السلطات المختصة، دون اعتراض من المستأجر

يُمنع منعاً باتاً قيادة المركبة من قبل أي شخص غير المستأجر أو السائق المسجل بالعقد. مخالفة هذا الشرط تلغي التأمين فوراً، ويتحمل المستأجر كامل المسؤولية والتعويضات. كما يحق للشركة إنهاء العقد واستعادة المركبة بالطرق القانونية دون اعتراض

لا يجوز استخدام المركبة في أي غرض غير مصرح به مثل: الأعمال التجارية، تهريب الركاب، نقل المواد الخطرة أو المحظورة قانوناً. يتحمل المستأجر كامل المسؤولية القانونية والمالية عن أي مخالفة أو ضرر، بما في ذلك دفع قيمة الإصلاح والمدة الزمنية الناتجة عن تعطل المركبة، سواء كانت في الصيانة أو محتجزة لدى أي جهة رسمية

في حال وقوع حادث، يدفع المستأجر مبلغ تحمل التأمين البالغ 1500 درهم، شريطة موافقة شركة التأمين على الإصلاح. أما في حالة رفض الإصلاح أو شطب المركبة أو مصادرتها لأي سبب، يلتزم المستأجر بدفع القيمة السوقية الكاملة للمركبة

يجب إعادة المركبة إلى مقر الشركة قبل الساعة 8:00 مساءً. التأخير عن هذا الوقت يترتب عليه احتساب يوم إيجار إضافي. لا يتم استلام المركبات يومي الخميس والجمعة

.لا يُسمح باستلام المركبة بعد الساعة 8:00 مساءً تحت أي ظرف

يجب دفع المخالفات المرورية بشكل يومي، وفي حال التأخر عن السداد، تحتفظ الشركة بحقها في قفل المركبة حتى السداد

Terms and Conditions :

Rental Agreement & Payment

  • In the absence of a prior agreement regarding monthly rental and advance payment, the rental fee is calculated based on the daily rate. The renter has no right to request modifications or refunds.

Administrative & Operational Costs

  • The renter is responsible for all administrative and operational expenses, including traffic fines, toll fees (e.g., Salik, Darb), wear-and-tear damages, as well as routine maintenance such as oil changes, water refilling, lighting functionality, and vehicle cleanliness.

Accuracy of Provided Information

  • The renter guarantees the accuracy of all submitted documents and information. If proven otherwise, the contract will be null and void, and the company retains the right to repossess the vehicle either amicably or through legal authorities without objection from the renter.

Authorized Drivers

  • The vehicle may only be driven by the renter or the registered driver in the contract. Violation of this condition results in immediate cancellation of insurance, and the renter assumes full liability, including compensation. The company also reserves the right to terminate the contract and retrieve the vehicle through legal means without objection.

Prohibited Uses

  • The vehicle must not be used for unauthorized purposes such as commercial activities, smuggling passengers, or transporting hazardous or legally prohibited materials. The renter bears full legal and financial responsibility for any violations or damages, including repair costs and any downtime due to maintenance or official detention.

Accident Policy

  • In the event of an accident, the renter must pay an insurance deductible of AED 1,500, subject to approval by the insurance company. If repair is declined, the vehicle is deemed written off or confiscated, the renter is liable for the full market value of the vehicle.

Return Policy

  • The vehicle must be returned to the company’s premises by 8:00 PM. Any delay will incur an additional day’s rental charge. Vehicles are not accepted on Thursdays and Fridays.

Insurance Fees

  • The insurance fee for the vehicle is AED 1,500.

Vehicle Collection Restrictions

  • The vehicle cannot be collected after 8:00 PM under any circumstances.

Mileage Limitations

  • The maximum daily mileage is 200 kilometers. An additional charge of 0.50 fils per kilometer applies beyond this limit.

Traffic Fine Payment

  • Traffic fines must be paid daily. If payment is delayed, the company retains the right to disable the vehicle until full settlement.
